Halloween Ghost Crafts

Candle Holder

Light up these ghost crafts for some illuminated Halloween decorations. As the flame burns your ghost will appear as if it is moving. With a glass jar, some white and black paint your candle holder will be done in no time (well some drying time required). You can even make your candle holder with some fun spider webbing to form your ghost.

Supplies

1 Glass jar (per ghost)
White and black paint
Tea light or small candle
Black marker

How to Make This Ghost Candle Holder

Step 1

Paint the jar using white acrylic paint. Let it dry completely and then add a second coat if needed.

Step 2

Once the second coat of white paint is completely dry trace on the ghost's eyes and mouth with a black marker.

Step 3

Fill in the eyes and mouth with black acrylic paint and let it dry.

Step 4

Place your tea light or candle in the jar and light this ghost up.

This Halloween craft idea makes for a great addition to your Halloween decoration. Kids will love painting the jar and watching it light up.

Here are some options for this candle holder ghost craft.

	Try painting the jar a soft color other than white. Then paint several white ghosts around the jar. Eyes and mouth are optional with this alternative.
	Paint the jar white. Let this dry completely then paint black everywhere leaving white outlines of the ghosts.
	Paint the jar black. Let the paint dry and then add some glue in the shape of a ghost. While the glue is still wet put some spider webbing in the shape of a ghost letting the black still show through. You can add black paper eyes and a mouth.
